We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and well cared for, and the staff were very attentive. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the breakfast provided was more than enough. The location of the hotel was also a major advantage, as it was conveniently close to the metro station in El Poblado.

The noise from outside could be quite disruptive at night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. , the bed was a bit too firm for our liking, which made it hard to get comfortable.
